Which charging interfaces are on the power banks?
Each power bank is equipped with three common built-in charging cables to ensure compatibility with virtually all modern devices: 1. Lightning (for Apple iPhones/iPads); 2. USB-C (for most modern Android and newer Apple devices); 3. Micro-USB (for older Android devices).
Do the stations or power banks have GPS tracking?
The Charging Station (Kiosk) includes GPS/GSM functionality for real-time location tracking and connectivity. Individual power banks do not contain separate GPS tracking.
Can the power banks be charged outside the station?
Yes, each power bank has a standard USB-C port, allowing it to be recharged using any typical mobile charger at home. However, they are primarily designed to auto-recharge when docked in the station.
How much power and time are required for a full charge?
Fully charging a 8000mAh power bank requires approximately 22.5Wh (Watt-hours) of electricity (accounting for charging loss). Typically, inside the station, a fully depleted power bank takes around 2 to 4 hours to reach a full charge.
How does the shared power bank system work?
Customers use your White-Label App to locate a station, scan the QR code on the kiosk to rent a power bank, and pay based on time. The power bank can be returned to any available slot in your network.
What is the scanning and unlocking process?
The user scans the QR code on the station via the App. After payment or deposit verification, the power bank automatically ejects from the slot, and the rental session begins.
What software support is included?
We provide a complete white-label solution, including: 1. White-Label Mobile App (iOS and Android): Branded with your logo and colors; 2. Admin Dashboard: A web-based tool for remote management of pricing, revenue reports, and real-time station status.
How does the advertisement system work?
Stations with screens feature an advertisement system managed entirely online via the Admin Dashboard. You can upload video/image ads, set schedules, and deploy them remotely without needing to be physically present at the station.
How do you integrate local payment systems?
We use an Open API approach. We can integrate global card systems (Visa/Mastercard) and offer custom API integration services to connect with local mobile wallets and payment platforms in your specific country (e.g., UPI, PayTM, eSewa, etc.).
Do you have Indian (BIS) or other local certifications?
CRITICAL POINT: While our products meet high international standards (CE, FCC, RoHS), we do not currently hold specific country-level mandatory certifications (such as India's BIS). You, as the importer and operator, are responsible for completing the necessary local product certification process for the specific models you purchase.
Will you assist with local certification?
Yes, we will provide full technical support by supplying all required technical documentation, internal test reports, and factory certifications needed for submission to your local testing authorities.
What is the process for damaged or broken power banks?
Power banks are consumables. If a unit is damaged, you remove it from circulation and replace it with a spare. We supply spare power banks at a unit cost for easy inventory management.
